Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And the Refund would be made within 5-10 working days. In this case, there will be payment gateway fees deducted from your amount and the remaining amount would be refunded back to you, apart from that a Flat cancellation fee of Rs 500 will be deducted additionally on a total entire order irrespective of its value. Our account department would get in touch with you for this. To cancel the order, kindly email us the reason along with your order number.
Return Policy:
There is no returns accepted for all the products purchased in our website, a pre packing picture and a post packing picture would be taken for record purposes which would act as a proof of the condition of the items. In certain exceptional cases, return maybe accepted incase you wish to replace product for some other items however DBJETS reserves the right for decision on the same wether to accept the return or not. However, in such cases Payment gateway fees and shipping charges would not be refunded back. Apart from that, as mentioned in Cancellation Policy, a Flat fee of Rs 500 would also be deducted from the amount and remaining amount would be refunded back. Please note, All returned products must have:
- Their original packaging
- Price Tags if any
- Original Invoice
- Proper packing while sending back

Shipping Policy and Courier Handling Policy:
Shipping Policy:
We usually try our level best to ship the product within 48-72 hours after receiving the order however consider 3-7 working days for the dispatch as sometimes due to non availability of stock or due to various other technical reasons, the dispatch is difficult within a short period of time. If the dispatch does not happen within 10 working days, then a 100% refund would be initiated back to the buyer. In such cases, there won’t be any fees deduction nor any payment gateway charges and the buyer would receive full 100% refund along with a discount voucher of Rs 100 for next order as token of appreciation or say compensation. Shipping amount would be added to your total while checking out and would be additional. There is no option for Free shipping unless you visit and pick the products from our office.
Courier Handling Policy:
A proper inspection would be done of the item before dispatch for checking the product condition, a pre packing picture and a post packing picture would also be taken to ensure as a sufficient proof of the condition of the product. However courier companies in India don’t provide any kind of rebate or compensation if the product gets damaged in transit. They do provide 50-100% rebate incase the shipment gets lost in transit. DBJETS.COM won’t be responsible for any damages occurring in shipment during transit. However, it’s our duty that the products reach you in perfect condition, hence proper care would be taken while packing your product to ensure its safety while in transit. If you don’t wish to opt for shipment, you can even pick up the parcel from our Mumbai office. Apart from that, if you wish to pick the item by your own courier partner, even this would be possible. Exact details will be given when required. Customers situated in Mumbai would also have option for same day delivery itself. For damages in transit, a complaint can be raised with courier agency, but proper images of the product, product outer box, packing images and video of unpacking would be required to submit as a proof to the courier agency. However there won’t be any kind of assurance or confirmation for rebate for damages. However be rest assured, DBJETS would provide you 100% support for the above.
