Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And the Refund would be made within 5-10 working days. In this case, there will be payment gateway fees deducted from your amount and the remaining amount would be refunded back to you, apart from that a Flat cancellation fee of Rs 500 will be deducted additionally on a total entire order irrespective of its value. Our account department would get in touch with you for this. To cancel the order, kindly email us the reason along with your order number.
Return Policy:
There is no returns accepted for all the products purchased in our website, a pre packing picture and a post packing picture would be taken for record purposes which would act as a proof of the condition of the items. In certain exceptional cases, return maybe accepted incase you wish to replace product for some other items however DBJETS reserves the right for decision on the same wether to accept the return or not. However, in such cases Payment gateway fees and shipping charges would not be refunded back. Apart from that, as mentioned in Cancellation Policy, a Flat fee of Rs 500 would also be deducted from the amount and remaining amount would be refunded back. Please note, All returned products must have:
- Their original packaging
- Price Tags if any
- Original Invoice
- Proper packing while sending back
